Administering the Grant Register and maintaining a rigorous audit trail of agreements and payments.<\/p>\n

Arranging payment, liaising with beneficiaries and suppliers.<\/p>\n

Reviewing grants, checking financial status and need as determined by the Trustees.<\/p>\n

Facilitating charities conversion from a Trust to a CIO.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Liaising with and passing on the Board\u2019s instructions to Stockbrokers, Auditors, Solicitors, and the Charity Commission<\/p>\n
